Float into me

Mar 30 2010 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

Float into me
like i float into you
i am the river
the ocean is you

please stay awake
while i fall asleep
catch me in dreams
my dripping honey

im not afraid
if you´re not afraid
cause im not afraid
if you´re not afraid

Words be humble

Apr 28 2009 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

words be humble,
words be quick,
words be waving walking sticks,

floating feathers on my skin,
beware of weathers made of sin,

gather round you crazy fools,
haunted by a thousand ghouls,

all of you will soon be quenched,
no more shall be hatred drenched,

oh good god, stay by our side,
cherish our fragile eggshell pride.

Our work it is done

Jan 13 2009 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

And for now we have won, our work it is done,
we will have to be nowhere tonight,
so lets soak up the sun,
and prance towards one of those haunting beautiful trees,
can´t you see?
love to be!
oh please hold me close and listen to me

And my pillow is warm, just from sleeping till dawn
there is nothing that we shouldn´t be
so lets jump in the clouds,
and lets whisper aloud
“oh god, please let us be free!“
will you be?
come and see!
oh please open your eyes and merge into thee

Our work it is done

I´m going to where no mornings are

Aug 13 2008 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

I´m going to where no mornings are
I´m feeling the cold wind blow
through the trees
through the trees
peace of mind at least
because no one can hurt me here

From a roof

Apr 02 2008 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

From a roof i call you names
beat your heart into some shapes
put your finger on my lips
along your bloody curtain drips
this came outside a wooden cave
neither taimable nor slave
a beast, a beast, a foolish feast
apart from what i´ve seen at least
be gone, be very gone, upset
the people call this beast to rest

Rocket science is breaking my heart

Feb 20 2008 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

Rocket science is breaking my heart
drifting in space will tear us apart

So much things undone down here
Please don´t make us disappear

From mother earth to darken stars
Ground control to deadly mars

Without a home we´ll lose our love
counting all the stars above

Woodskater

Feb 05 2008 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

Morning sun, come bright my eyes
behind my eye-lids, turning tides
soak my skin with warming light
paint my shadows left and right

Everything breaks but my bones
everything makes me feel alone
all the people turn to couples
rise to love inside their shuttles

Before i start to trouble me
my regards to Mrs. C.
my velvet tree in sunken worlds
the shell is broken cause of girls

Dance into my life
i´d love to see
your swinging candy

Something softer
something good
skating deep
inside a wood

Das wirst Du glauben

Jan 09 2008 Published by Stefan Zisting under auf deutsch,in english

I, upper rainbow
(in heights i rise)
me and greater beings
my friend in beijing
he makes people sing
every dark hour i swing
lines written lines ago
because i´m a secret dancer
my bones are shaking
naked i´m dreaming
the girl is true
i rest on her morning
i prefer breathing for bleeding
but there won´t be any life
without wounds
hurt yourself before you don´t hurt yourself
in fact, im mad — but nevermind
the rest of them are far behind
out of the shade, out of shape
nevermind, hands up for love
be down with people
jump in liquids — at least — try
this is how it should be done
kreiselfahrten landeinwärts

A Sausageful of Secrets

Dec 05 2007 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

Flying saucers in the sky
gently moving, pass on by
hovering above our heads
reach your hands to where they rest

Make a journey, visit space
bring some starlight to your face
we are drifting, taking time
mind the saucers, mind the sign

Every universe is new
all the watchers seeking truth
all we ever are is dust
blowing through the black a must

Travelling by speed of light
experiences at a sight
until the signal has lost us
they take us home, the flying saucers…

Final whisper

Oct 15 2007 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

Like the wind i carry you on
a sight to behold
a hard thing to do
is leaving
leaving you

In the middle of a cloud
i caught your sight
i’m so happy
having tasted
your honey

more than this…

Cherrytale

Aug 23 2007 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

This is the story of a journey, winged and armed to go beyond.
With fruity aura and chocolate trees.

Secret wonders, don´t ask why
Of course i do and now sleep tight
Meet some people in your yard
Tell them how you´re torn apart
Tell them how you yearn at night
Tell them of what you caught sight

Let´s meet at the chocolate trees
We´ll linger there so desperately
Deep inside i feel alright
But i´ll never recognize
Your eyelashes drenched in gold
Your cherry lips to behold

Alaska

Mar 06 2007 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

Alaska went walking, down to the sea,
her hair waving gently, for all to see.

It´s a sad and beautiful world”, she said,
“It can make you cry in the blink of an eye.”

I hold her cold hand and touched her white cotton,
everything i missed about her wasn´t forgotten.

There might be a way, through the woods towards north,
but there won´t be a tale without marks of scorch.”

Exchanging States

Jan 15 2007 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

my body trembles upon this
oceans surface
threshold of mind
waves reveal
what lies inside

organic effusions
flooding bulk
combines with us
sweating walls
and ceilings

tremendous lifeforms
hovering beneath us
ready to be
disassembled
through our hands

we absorb nature
but fail within
how can we
call this beast to rest
call this beast to rest

Denial in first place, second my will

Oct 23 2006 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

the earth is wrapped around me
in a kingdom of ghosts
and the sky the sky the sky
the sky is shivering

hold breath and jump around
like a blind fool in disguise
and feel feel feel feel
feel the rain

listen to the surface
as it makes a certain sound
and it cracks cracks cracks
cracks up for you

melt into my velvet
and push against the wall
like i wish wish wish wish
wish to fall

crawl under my thumb
for years since i become
a beast beast beast beast
beast of joy

everything is fading
so reach into the void
as it slips slips slips
slips out of hand

Doralice descends

Aug 17 2006 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

don´t chase my universe
cause later it´ll snow
in the first hour
like an echo

carry your love to the prince
and ask him for life
like your entire pain
he can see through your eyes

melt with clouds
taste the white
descent into memories
such a great height

who wants some of my burst
thrust for your mind
look around just to see
who´s already behind

Outside a whisper

Aug 11 2006 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

outside a whisper
inside my mind
maybe i miss her
here i can find

maybe an answer
to the question of who
everything out here reminds me on you

nearly amazing
broken in pieces
keep me awake
and hope for all reasons

my arms are an island
and you are the ocean
i love to feel your waves
they keep me in motion

Skógafoss Diary

Aug 07 2006 Published by Stefan Zisting under in english

you´re the story
i haven´t told yet

unheard melody
yet to be composed
but you are there
somewhere
flickering
tasting
reaching

outside my shell

you´re the forest
in which i search for
footprints, hints and traces

unchain me from this world
paste yourself
around me
solve my puzzle

i can sense it
throbbing
the way from me to you
like a vein
filled with our blood
